what are some of the lowest scores anyone's ever won a decision with over 10 or 12 rounds, using today's judging system?

Do you mean like a fight with 10 knockdowns and loads of fouls?

Peter Quillin vs Hassan Njikam was pretty even, but Njikam was down like 5 or 6 times, so scores was 115-109 or something like that, it was funny fight. Njikam was down so many times in his career but was still able to get up

Pretty sure the first Dave McCauley v Blanco fight had a 113-112.

I think 113 is the lowest I remember. Has anyone won with a 112 score?

Naito vs Zhong
Yuji Fukuchi 114-110 | Jae Bong Kim 114-111 | Noppharat Sricharoen 113-111

Whilst Kim's cards isn't the running that 113-111 is perhaps worthy of a mention and 114-110 gives an aggregated of 224 (same as 113-111)

The bout had 3 deductions and a KD

John Willer reportedly put in a score of 117-106 for Kittikasem vs Pohan (aggregate of 223 which would be hard to beat)...however the other 2 cards reflect a much closer fight so may be a database error (was an IBF world title bout)

Julio Cesar Vasquez vs. Ronald Wright had a 113-110 (for another 223 aggregate) alongside 114-110 and 115-110

Yuriorkis Gamboa vs. Orlando Salido had a 114-109 (another 223 aggregate) along with 115-109 and 116-109

Edit: now just adding random small ones as as I come across them

Eagle Den Junlaphan vs. Lorenzo Trejo had a pair of 113-112 scores, which I would assume is super rare at 105. Third judge was 114-113.

New one for aggregate score (though not the lowest for the winner)
Manny Pacquiao vs. Chris Algieri
119-103, 119-103 and 120-102 gets us an aggregate of 222 from all 3 judges

Julio Cesar Gonzalez vs. Julian Letterlough
113-110, and 114-109, twice (aggregate 223 from all 3 cards)

ooh, i found a 111-108 for tsyuoshi hamada over ronnie shields...........though it seems way out of place among the other cards

other judges had 116-111 hamada, then 115-113 shields

Damn it, I watched that last year and legitimately have NO IDEA how the judge got that 111-108 score. Couldn't find anything from Japanese contemporary sources to suggest it was wrong... But it clearly is...

maybe the judge just straight up f@cked up. they have his card listed round by round on the boxrec page. it is waaay different than the other 2, so not a genuine case of a guy overcoming a bunch of knockdowns or point deductions

from a look at the card, seems like that judge was very liberal on using 10-8 rounds

i remember a commentator once did the same for andre dirrell-vs derrick edwards, even with 10-7s for rounds with no knockdowns or fouls, and scored it i think 120-95 dirrell

Rounds 3 and 9 had legit deductions IIRC, but everything else is is just him making up his own scoring method

It's a shame Beppu vs Yada ended in round 10 had it completed the 12 round schedule we could have been in for a record setter. Was 85-80 on all 3 cards after 9 rounds. Beppu was done like 4 times IIRC and Yada down once, before being stopped with some ugly swelling.

Could have been something between 115-107 and 112-110 had we seen that complete the distance.

Anyone who hasn't seen it owes it to themselves to watch it.

Completely ignored 10 rounders so far, but here's one
David Lemieux vs. Maksym Bursak - 94-93, 94-93, 93-94 (187 aggregate)

Evander Holyfield vs. Lou Savarese had one judge put in a 96-91 score card (like the above an aggregate of 187)

Nowhere near as good as it looked on paper. Most of the KDs were bad reffing. I honestly regret looking it up

Yeah. Can’t remember that well but wasn’t there an early knockdown for Khan and 2 points off?

I am clueless on this one, mate. I remember one judge scored all 12 rounds even when Duke McKenzie fought in Italy back in 1986 but that, of course, makes it 120-120. The only low scores I remember came in the amateur code when Mark Epton pulled off a shock win over John Lyon at the old Liverpool Stadium in 1985 (one judge gave it to Epton by 60-52) and when southpaw American Robin Blake dished out a three-round beating to Bradford's Craig Walsh in the late 1970s in London.
