from what ive seen its usually done as a percentage of total fights
its defo a debate thing, which one it should be.
sometimes guys take losses where they simply couldnt land and hence its not really a knock on their power. on the other hand, sometimes guys take losses because their power wasnt respected or big enough
if you want to use the stat as a way to show how the fighter usually gets their wins, then obviously going just on total wins is the way to go. if you want to the stat to show something greater, lossess can come into
