Boxer Dennis Horne #024787 is credited with a 2nd round KO over Darryl Anthony, #364899 in Oklahoma City on 3/28/1984. This is not the correct Darryl Anthony. The boxer that Horne defeated was Darryl Anthony #001593 of St. Louis, MO. This was probably Horne's most impressive win. An excellent left hook during a heated exchange put Anthony down for the count. I was the matchmaker for this fight card and dealt with Anthony's manager, Jim Howell of St. Louis in making the match. Please correct The records to reflect this. Unfortunately Horne took his own life years later. He was always a very nice, quiet , respectful young man with a pleasing conventional style but did not have the
