Is Denis SHafikov one of best fighters who does not won a title

In this era of milion titles, Shafikov never won any. Has very good wins over Commey and Herring and i can score fight vs Easter for Shafikov too. Very entertaining guy to watch, slick pressure fighter, throwing a lot of punches with eldless stamina. His short height was actually advantage in his fights.
