The Triller Con Job

Post by N2 Shape »

Surely by now everyone can see the Con Job promoter by Triller.

Promote 3 main bouts as professional bouts but all along they were "Exhibitions"

Haye paid by his mate to spar him and carry him 8 rounds to look semi decent. Haye walks away with his pockets full of cash, Fornicate (whatever his name really is) walks off to his posh nightclub to brag to his mates about going the distance with a former world champion. Fight disappears from Boxrec, and we find out later it's an "exhibition"

Silva vs Ortiz once again promoted as a legit fight, only for it to disappear from boxrec AFTER the bout and it gets ruled as an "exhibition." At least both guys were of similar age just Ortiz was a completely shot fighter and Silva still has a little left to offer. Now we will get Silva/Paul and Silva PAID to ensure Paul wins

Holyfield/Belfort :brick: clearly Holyfield should not have been ANYWHERE near a boxing ring as a fighter. Clearly Triller needed to offload the 5 mil they owed him and saw this as the 'perfect' opportunity. Disgusting. Surely part of matchmaking for these type of events is ensuring the fighters matched will at least be semi competitive. I have no idea who figured an 58yo man no matter his previous experience or accolades would be competitive against another fighter who was 44. 14 year age gap at that stage in life is MASSIVE.

Surely this cluster F buries Triller.

- Prob billionaire Joe paid Haye to carry him as Haye be skynt.

Silva ain't laying down for anyone, and as anyone knows has a longstanding offer to fight Roy finally at fruition now that he's free of UFC.

Doubt Field got $5 mil, that was just his lawsuit. Nobody who counts wants to see the ol'fool fight before after the Belfort travesty, hence the lawsuit when Triller couldn't raise the funds. Belfort with less than 1 round of boxing experience 14-15 years ago was always gonna be the underdog in the betting by nursing home Field fans still buying he's only trying to unify the heavy division, something he inherited from Buster but otherwise never accomplished on his own.

Would Triller stage Field/Bowe, appropriately titled the IV bout? Rump vs Biten? Maybe bring back liquored Jack Daniels vs Johnny Walker Bum fights? Sissyboy Floyd vs a kid trannie?

If it makes money, it makes sense in boxing.
