Had to look a bit but found the actual story, the fight isn't in jeopardy at the moment. Turns out the Make a Wish kid was a Fury fan, his dream was to have Fury hit him with a chair. They did it in public at a mall in Vegas. Some jerk thought it was real, called 911. The cops were initially confused, wanted to arrest Fury but he knocked them all out cold. A bit of smelling salts for the cops, the situation was explained, everyone had a round of beers and no harm done. Except for the make a wish kid, he had cancer and died.
