WBA Lightweight/Super World 2007-2009

I have a possible correction to the WBA Lightweight World & Super World linage. WBA Lightweight World champ Juan Diaz won the WBA Lightweight Super World title in 4-28-2007 when he beat Freitas. Nate Campbell won that title when he beat Diaz 3-8-2008. According to his Wikipedia page and reported in spam, he gave up that title 1-10-2009 but according to BoxRec he was still fighting for the vacant title 2-14-2009 vs. Ali Funeka even thou he wasn't eligible because he missed weight. So the title is at least vacant 2 weeks later when Juan Marquez fights Juan Daiz but BoxRec already shows Marquez as the WBA Lightweight Super World title holder. Shouldn't this fight be for the vacant title instead?

Super and interim titles are never vacant, because, if nobody holds a certain interim title for example, it is not vacant, it simply does not exist.
