RANKING UPDATE

Hi, I have some concerns about the New Ranking update of Algerian Light weight Star Djamel Dahou. His Boxrec is #640004... He recently have a fight on 30th October. Before that fight his world rank was 427. After winning that fight by KO his ranking drop at 429 even when his points after his last fight is .305 points ( with that points he supposed to be near 300 ranks ). He is excellent boxer and huge prospect for country. He deserves some better ranking from what he got in recent updates. Can anyone describe the criteria about rankings? Why his ranking drops after winning the fight? Can i get explanation??
