Sean O'Grady was the product of his promoting father, who managed to get his son an insane amount of wins against questionable opposition as he built up his skills.

Ward came up through a harder road than O'Grady but O'Grady had a better overall skillset. Problem with O'Grady was he had no real toughness, while Ward was very tough.

No need to have a 15 round rematch, because Ward gets to O'Grady around 8-10 rounds and wins by knockout. O'Grady would be ahead on the score cards at the time of the stoppage but would be broken down by body shots.
