The 11/20/21 10-round bout between Uwel Hernandez and Pavel Semjonov is listed as being for the World Boxing Federation World middleweight title. That seems to be erroneous.
According to the World Boxing Federation's website, Charles Manyushi (as his name is spelled on the WBFed's website) is still their world miidleweight champion and is slated to defend that title on January 29. There is no mention of the Hernandez-Semjonov among their title bout results.

Not a World BoxIng Federation World Title Bout
Re: Not a World BoxIng Federation World Title Bout
The November 20, 2021 bout between Uwel Hernandez and Pavel Semjonov was NOT a World Boxing Federation World middleweight title bout. It was a World Boxing Federation World middleweight title ELIMINATOR.
Just the fact that the bout was a 10-rounder should indicate it wasn't for a World Boxing Federation world title.
Charles Manyuchi is still the World Boxing Federation's World champ at 160.
The above was confirmed by World Boxing Federation President Howard Goldberg.

Re: Not a World BoxIng Federation World Title Bout
I made the changes, someone else already mentioned that it was a title eliminator, but your links do not work atm.
Re: Not a World BoxIng Federation World Title Bout
Those are old links. They worked when I first posted them last December!
The World Boxing Federation's website was hacked recently and they changed from ".net'" to ".org" - these links should work now:
http://www.worldboxingfederation.org/wbfchampion.htm
http://www.worldboxingfederation.org/wbfschedule.htm
http://www.worldboxingfederation.org/wbfresults.htm
Thanks for making the changes.
