I hear N'dou hasn't left the building yet....all kinds of stories about last minute negotiations....based on what I've heard, I'm with those who think it might still happen.

the fight is on according to fightnews.com

Witter-Ndou is on!
By Karl Freitag
After some anxious moments, all signs point to go for the jr welterweight showdown between Junior Witter and Lovemore Ndou on the Hopkins-Eastman undercard Saturday at the the Staples Center in Los Angeles. "It appears that all parties have agreed to go forward with the fight," Ndou's promoter Dan Goossen told Fightnews.com. Goossen added that the bout will be a WBC 140lb eliminator, with the winner to face Gianluca Branco for the shot at the WBC title.
