Heavyweight 12 rds
Byrd is a big contrast to Ruiz. I think Byrd takes a ud.
Chris Byrd vs Roy Jones jr
Re: Chris Byrd vs Roy Jones jr
Agreed.
Re: Chris Byrd vs Roy Jones jr
It would likely be a tactical bout without much of action. It's easy to see both winning on points.

Re: Chris Byrd vs Roy Jones jr
this fight would suck i'd think, agree could see either winning....although with the way byrd fights, he doesnt impose himself at all and had no power.....so not sure him being bigger would be enough to make up for difference in jones being faster and just landing a bit more

Hahaha Your probably right ,it might suck big time .Jones is highly gifted but Byrd was too. He just didn't have power.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑12 Feb 2022, 05:22 this fight would suck i'd think, agree could see either winning....although with the way byrd fights, he doesnt impose himself at all and had no power.....so not sure him being bigger would be enough to make up for difference in jones being faster and just landing a bit more

It would not have been that exciting. Byrd was a very good boxer. Jones was better. Jones would have won a decision, something like 8-4.
