Roberto Duran in the 3rd tier should never be in my estimation.

What he did on the night of February 24, 1989 was a something for the ages.

In my view, only Henry Armstrong, Sugar Ray Robinson and Sam Langford were better than he. That's it! Everybody else comes behind him. What a fighter! Incredible and extraordinary to say the least.
