i believe in loyalty, im from the streets in central America, but i dont want to get stuck just because of that.
what would be a red flag trying to find new coaches for amateur boxers, in this case my kids. right now they have between 4-5 years training, and they barely have done mitt work or sparrings, 0 fights because their level is worst than any rookie, i dont want to be stuck. my older kid is 13 now
Hello guys, coaches red flags please

Real hard one that ,, I had a conversation with a trainer the other week , he' himself was actually quite a good little boxer i trained him from around 13 till around 22 years of age , he was asking me what i thought of a couple lads he had who were both unbeaten he was telling me there gonna be world champ potential ,, Course me being a big mouth and a tendency to call it has i see it said time will tell when there in with lads of equal calibre ,, waht do you mean he asked ,, i said when you came to the gym at 13 i put you in at 14 you won more than you lost but you were learning and went on to be a good seniour (ameteur )Marioswindows wrote: ↑05 May 2022, 22:28 i believe in loyalty, im from the streets in central America, but i dont want to get stuck just because of that.

Your lads on the other hand , they are boxing novices and beating them well ,, wait till they step up ,,, but yeah he says they are novices ,, i answered Mate you have had these kids in the gym for what 4-5 years now you will not let them fight anyone unless they are complete novices , your kids are not has novice has you make out ,, ssoon they will have to step up to intermidiette stage lets see what happens then ,, i know he will probably not let them fight then , its all about his own ego ,
However it could be your lads have a trainer who cares about his lads and just does'nt think they have what it takes , are your lads being taught the correct footwork and cnd correct punches
