Why the hell has Scott Harrison got two wbo belts??

I know that he has won it back but still dont get why he has two belts?? he lost one to medina so that went round medinas waist then he won it back so he got it back why has he got two??
The wbo giving these things away?? So could i be right in saying athony farnell has went into retirement with 3 wbu belts??

I think you keep it anyway even if you lose it on the night, its returned to you and the winner gets a brand new one, or something like that. Wasn't there a thing a while ago when Lewis beat Rahman he didn't give Rock 'his' belts back and also kept the new ones as well??
