unlicensed/ white collar bad for boxing ?

some of these shows are harming boxing.
recently been to a show where there were no weigh ins, no ambulance crew on site and the so called "medical" was done next to the DJ and his speakers blasting out dance music.

The medical was basically a tick box sheet of paper.
