Probably, Mantequilla wins this one. He was much more aggressive than Ismael Laguna in the mid-1960s when he was campaigning at Lightweight.

I have also read that in the mid-1960s, circa 1964 to '66, no champion nor top contender from Lightweight to Welterweight wanted anything with the great Jose "Mantequilla" Napoles. He was that slick and smooth. And very good.
