Battle of jabs and Larry's is heavier. I'd say around the 7th he takes Foster out with a sudden flurry and 2-3 knockdowns.

The prime Easton Assassin would be too much for Foster to handle as Holmes would stop Foster in 6 rounds after landing great jabs and right hands.
