Re: David Haye - Cleared of assault
Says he has no case to answer.
What does that mean?
What does that mean?

Basically the defence convinced the judge that the prosecution hadn't even proven Haye had committed an offence without the defence having to prove he didn't. Basically, lack of evidence or the event didn't meet the requirements to be a crime.

Yes - I met him randomly at a fairly quiet bar in Birmingham on a Saturday. I’d met a mate who randomly was also a big Haye fan (we went to Haye/Klitschko, Chisora, Mormeck and others). When he got up to leave we went over and asked for a photo. A few others get there first. He did the photos but wasn’t too keen about it. I asked him a couple of questions and he gave nothing answers. He changed though when I mentioned we’d been to watch him fight Mormeck. I’m sure he wasn’t expecting it but even still it doesn’t much to be friendly.
Although perhaps part of the reason for it (I’ve mentioned it before on here) was that someone a few minutes earlier called him Lennox Lewis and when he said he wasn’t, was told that he was!
