Toney wasn't at his best at 160, but Tito of course wasn't either. Tito's not gonna be able to KO Toney, so I don't think he can beat him. He'd win some rounds as Toney would always take rounds off to conserve energy for an attack, but I think Toney would be on the offensive enough that he'd come out the clear winner. His offense would be sharper in all likelihood, and I could see him dropping Tito whereas I can't see Tito dropping Toney.

So Toney W12. Although a KO isn't completely out of the question.
