Some Boxrec update suggestions
I understand Shakur has vacated his belts at Super Featherweight, and also Tyson Fury isn't inactive anymore. If true, can these be updated?

I would argue that Tyson Fury shouldn't have been considered inactive anyway, because he fought in April, just over six months ago.
But if that weren't the case -- if he genuinely had been inactive for, say, more than a year -- I wouldn't change it just because he has made plans to fight again. In either case, why base the designation on saying things or making plans? It should be based on actually fighting. A guy who says he's retired but nevertheless keeps fighting regularly is active; a guy who hasn't declared retirement but just plain isn't fighting is inactive.
