Prime vs Prime, I'd pick Hatton to win by a 6-3-3 type of decision, against the very game but limited Dave "Boy" Green.
It's Really something that they both had an essentially similar sequence in they're losses.
Green, who fought a heckuva battle versus Palomino, in 1976, losing by 12th round Ko, came back to decision Andy Hawk Price in 1977, but then a couple years later was ko'd by Jorgen Hanson, in the 9th round..? And then shortly thereafter brutally ko'd by Leonard in the 4th round.
Similar was Hatton, the tko loss to Money, in the 10th round..? Then the rebound win versus Malagnaggi, And then shortly thereafter, brutally Ko'd by Pacqiou in the 2nd round.

If they both clashed while in they're Past it points, Boxing-carearwise, then I think it could've probably went either way.
One or the other would win by a very narrow margin, or very possibly a draw. Green actually had 3 or 4 more pro bouts even after the devastating Ko loss to Leonard. Would've been interesting if they made a rematch between Dave Green and Andy Price, who also lost brutally to Leonard, but also fought on for 3 or 4 more pro bouts afterwards.
Hatton-Malagnaggi II would've been pretty interesting as well.
