Would be surprised if Clarke has more than 15 pro fights in his career.

Re: Dave Allen Big Fraze
It’s a good fight if Dave’s as fit as he claims.
I expect fraze to box him, but 10 rounds is 10 rounds, Dave has been though hell in the ring so will be more comfortable going into the back half of he isn’t too badly busted up.
I think it’s a good fight for both really, fraze gets a name and rounds, Allen get a crack at a potentially under seasoned Olympian.
Dave Allen’s body punching will be critical to his success.

Not a chance .
His inactivity can't be good for him and I'd pick a prime Allen to lose against Fraze.

One sided beat down. Dave's timing will be a mile off.

Re: Dave Allen Big Fraze
Fully agree.
Allen hasn’t fought someone coming to win since Price 4 years ago and even before then he wasn’t particularly good. He also retired due to the way he was feeling after getting beaten up by Usyk in sparring.
In his 2 biggest wins (Nick Webb and Lucas Browne) he wasn’t looking particularly good until he found a big punch and remember how poor he was against Bracamonte and Lenroy Thomas.
If he didn’t come across so well then he’d be around English title/area title level but his personality and chin have made him go further.
Re: Dave Allen Big Fraze
Allen's level is British title gatekeeper, drew with Lenroy Thomas. Similar to Nathan Gorman.
From there we will see where Clarke is at.
Also if he is effective in the second half of the fight

all I can see here is another battering for DA like he got off the scouser .
2nd retirement looming .

Nah.
FC not going anywhere near the top but expect a compassion stoppage.

Re: Dave Allen Big Fraze
agree. I like Allen, a tough man with a great chin and heart and decent defensive skills, and I don't think Clarke is even going past British level (love to be wrong), but Allen's just too slow to win at this level.

Re: Dave Allen Big Fraze
Dave Allen is not a gatekeeper.
He is pretty much retired and was c level with a couple of ok wins.
The most telegraphed right hand in history connected because Nick Webb was even slower.

I'll be keeping an eye on the betting for this. Allens fight with Darch went down very very suspect and I believe some bookies didn't pay out due to the irregular betting patterns on that round.

At 32 and with only 7 fights logged so far, that is far from an outrageous call.unknownman79 wrote: ↑17 Aug 2023, 03:16 Would be surprised if Clarke has more than 15 pro fights in his career.

think really looking at his last fight , digging DA out is really a reflection on the lack of faith , and confidence in FrazerRedback Rasta wrote: ↑17 Aug 2023, 21:27At 32 and with only 7 fights logged so far, that is far from an outrageous call.unknownman79 wrote: ↑17 Aug 2023, 03:16 Would be surprised if Clarke has more than 15 pro fights in his career.

Maybe if Allen was a full time fighter. Can't win this fight unfortunately due to inactivity
