Povetkin wins by decision. Sultan was a very good fighter, but Pov was simply in a higher league in terms of talent and skill.

As for the ring action, they'd probably slug it out for five or six rounds, until Sultan realizes he's over his head. After that, Sultan fights a skilled defensive bout (like against Wlad) and lasts the distance.
