I know who I pick. But I'm curious what others here think. Who wins, how does he do it, and why?

I think Ringo can out tough Tommy enough to take him out in the latter rounds.

This is a battle between two powerful, physically strong bangers who slug it out. In these matches, the winner is always the guy who can inflict more damage on the other. Usually that's the more powerful puncher. But this fight is an exception to that rule.

Bonavena and Morrison were roughly equal as punchers, with maybe a slight edge to Tommy. No difference there. For this reason, the winner would be the guy who has greater durability. That's Bonavena, by a wide margin.

IMO Bonavena KO's Tommy anywhere from the fifth to the ninth round. For three or four rounds, maybe, I could see Morrison outmaneuvering Oscar and fighting intelligently, landing more shots much as he did for a few rounds against Mercer.

But inevitably Bonavena's sledghammer blows find Tommy's chin, and that would be the beginning of the end. It could happen quickly and dramatically, or Oscar may finish by dominating and flooring Tommy multiple times over the last two or three rounds.

Bonavena by knockout for sure. But it would be sizzling action from start to finish.
