This fight was once actively discussed. Kessler was in attendance at the Bute vs Magee fight in March of 2011 and was there to discuss the fight with Bute's team.
It never came to fruition due to monetary disagreements.
Who would've won, though, had that fight happened, later in 2011 (instead of Bute vs Johnson)?
