former prospect cem kilic passed away, apparently a drug overdose. he was turkish but based out of the usa for several years. his biggest win was probably an entertaining ud on showbox over then undefeated fighting fireman deandre ware, who would later get a bit of fame for saving someone at a weigh in. his only loss was to steve nelson, from which he rebounded with 3 wins, but no fights since august 2022: https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/704135
and kazuki anaguchi, who lost in a total war on the inoue undercard, has undergone surgery for a brain bleed. here's wishing him the best : https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/1022028
the much faster and flashier anaguchi was outclassing and badly cutting up seiya tsutsumi for several rounds, but the rugged tsutsumi evtntually caught him and dropped him in the 4th. from there they would exchange rounds of anaguchi teeing off on the slower tsustumi, and the bloody tsutumi flooring anaguchi. in the end tsutumi's 4 knockdowns , including one at the final bell, was enough to get him the decision over anaguchi winning the 6 rounds he stayed on his feet
rip cem kilic; prayers for kazuki anaguchi

Rest in pease for a very pleasant person from my hometown with big dreams. Wishing a lot of patience for his family.
