After a disputed loss to De La Hoya, there actually was interest in Sturm in the US. In particular, Sturm received an offer to fight Felix Trinidad in a middleweight eliminator not long after DLH fight.
If I recall, Sturm declined. And ever since then, he decided to stay in Germany forever and never take another fight in US.
But had he accepted that offer, I actually think that would've been an interesting fight. I can see both being able to impose his style on his man here.
How do you see it?

I could actually see Sturm beating Tito. Especially at this time in their careers.
