As far as aware just one ABA, but of course there is Boxing England and expect many people think of them as ABA too

The ABA used to include England,Wales,Scotland and Ireland many years ago. Then a few years ago there was a split between the home nations. Then Sport England was formed,and it is just messy and diluted now. I honestly think this is one of the reasons boxing has become a minority sport now. And for the record a know of at least one boxing website and two promoters that did pretty much the same deal in principle. I e either broadcasting or some kind of partnership. I'm going back a few years now but the real diehards will know who I'm talking about. Hope it all works out this time

How many of the traditional clubs left Sport England Luca to join the new ABA in the end?

Yes and no - haven’t had any issues on a BIBA events yet but a few years ago we picked up a swelling on the brain of a boxer who was KOd on a Queensberry event (Ross and Alan’s not Frank’s Queensberry)

I was quite annoyed with the doctor in attendance as he said the fighter was ok and no need to go to the hospital luckily though boxer and coach listened to me and went to hospital - the coach contacted me the following day to thank me as the hospital scan showed a clear swelling on the brain

As I understand it Alba, the old ABA no longer exists and was superceded by Sport England.

The ‘new’ ABA was formed as a result of a split at Sport England and includes many of the old ABA clubs.

The traditional term 'ABA' continues to be used by England boxings regional associations - Midlands ABA, Eastern Counties ABA etc., It's become a generic term but there is no connection with the ABA - 'Amateur Boxing Alliance'.
