I heard Arnold Borboza will be on the Card and will be The Replacement Opponent if Either R. Garcia or D. Haney has to pull out (Most of The Rumors are if Ryan Garcia pulls out if he fails a Menttal Test due to his Crazy Talk as I am sure you have Read. The Thing I have not Heard Is the Undercard Who Is Barboza going to fight if neither pulls out? any other Fights supposed to be on the Card? To me I am not that thrilled about this fight without a stacked Undercard.
