Yeah, Vargas also beat Quartey.

I think, pre-2002 Vargas would've overwhelmed Lara. Post-DLH Vargas (who was not as "Ferocious" anymore) probably loses to a Cuban technician.

Lara by decision, though I could see Vargas at his very best outhustling Lara. It's just that Vargas' prime was short as hell.
