I feel like Ortiz most likely outboxes Briggs to a UD, but Briggs knocking out Ortiz isn't hard to imagine either.

They're on a similar level. Briggs is the more accomplished of the 2 technically as far as accolades to his credit, but Ortiz clearly displayed more technical skill.
