Having only one nationality listed on boxrec is not accurate. In this case, Sara Haghighat-joo (her name is not spelled correctly on boxrec either) was born in Canada, has a Canadian passport, wanted to get an Irish passport (Irish father) but couldn't get it in time so she got a passport from Sierra Leone to go through the African Qualifiers.
That doesn't mean she lost her Canadian citizenship, however. You can have multiple citizenships/nationalities, a human being isn't limited to one nationality.
