This fighter's nationality is listed as Canadian. While she lives in Canada, she has represented Sierra Leone both in last year's African Olympic Qualifying Tournament and in last month's African Games

Having only one nationality listed on boxrec is not accurate. In this case, Sara Haghighat-joo (her name is not spelled correctly on boxrec either) was born in Canada, has a Canadian passport, wanted to get an Irish passport (Irish father) but couldn't get it in time so she got a passport from Sierra Leone to go through the African Qualifiers.

That doesn't mean she lost her Canadian citizenship, however. You can have multiple citizenships/nationalities, a human being isn't limited to one nationality.
