0:36 It's only the first round and that cut will alter Hopkins's strategy. 10:0
0:36 * There's a sudden halt in the action and we're not sure why. Oh, apparently there's some concern on the part of Referee Garry about the amount of blood on the face of Bernard Hopkins. Even though the damage isn't over either of Hopkins's eyes, it's been deemed serious enough to have the ringside physician at least look at it. 10:0

01:06 * More than once this round, it has appeared as if the referee has thought about stepping between the fighters due to the increased bleeding from at least one cut on Hopkins's face. Now the third man in the ring is doing just that, as we get a stoppage in the action while the referee leads Hopkins toward the ringside doctor for a quick consultation. Bivins record does no justice to his performance this season.
This half of our battling battalion is a pure blood and guts machine. Giving Even the marines something to think about.
Angelo tried to get his man to the finish line! He was rallying and could have sealed the deal....

Shame Tunney vs Bivens was stopped early due to the accidental cut.

Qawi wins, which was expected. Puncher is clearly a token name.

Hopkins just not had the season I expected, but done well to hang in there, despite it not being his natural weight. A shame as he was doing well. Would have been interesting.

RJJ done well to last the course as ~Langford came back with avengence.

Tunney, taking it easy on Jimmy, could have come unstuck. He has duly been reprimanded.
