He had a hard time in the middle of the season overcoming that mental hurdle that happened following the 2nd and 3rd Archie Moore bouts, but Ezzard Charles now has been on unquestionably the best streak of the season.

John Henry Lewis, Bob Foster, Archie Moore, Sam Langford 2x, Jimmy Bivins, Tommy Gibbons, Billy Conn and now Harry Greb have all been part of his sustained unbeaten success for the last several weeks. The only slight blemish was a draw with Gene Tunney, but I don't consider that to be any shame.

I couldn't be more pleased with the tremendous effort Ezzard has put forth this season. He's a true Champion!

Loughran and Moore are still dangerous opponents, and we know they deserve our full respect and preparation. I'm confident that Charles can maintain his success.

Epic? His management whined about a clerical error, forcing every other participant into an early season handicap fight, simply to soothe his own bruised little toe! A good manager would have been graceful and forgiving to the "little guy" who made an error. A good manager would have carried on with grace, dignity and poise, and simply letting his fighter prove his merit despite small injustices! Ezzard is a great fighter! However his manager is the epitome of #2 ism!

Like the Colonel with Elvis....his management has proved effective. However I can state that the rumor that Gilgamesh takes a full 50% of Ezz's earnings do appear to be factual, as reported in the New York Simboxing Times.

I'll have you know that Ezzard is the best paid fighter in Sim Boxing, and these allegations are spurious.

Great win for Charles against a dangerous Greb.

Greb was going all out, just to stay with him but Charles delivered and is, rightly, the Undisputed Champ. Potentially, a another great fight between him and Moore in the off but Loughran won't be easy for anyone.

Congratulations.

Very cleverly stated......Sure he is....because he sells 10 times the tickets as anyone else.....however splitting that even when Ezz's doing all the heavy lifting....well that just about says it all. Now that this is out your being cancelled is inevitable.
