A fitting sendoff for the Moore vs Charles rivalry and the Light Heavyweight season.

The 5th and final fight is the most brutal one yet, and both fighters have a case for the decision. I'm glad it went my man's way as he battled back and finished stronger, but I was definitely sweating in many of the rounds along the way.

Archie Moore would've beaten any other Light Heavyweight that night. He just couldn't beat Ezzard Charles. What a fight. What a rivalry.

What a way for me to go from being not only the only manager to have the only Million Dollar and Super Six Champion, but I've now repeated that feat. So I'm the only manager that's done it, and I've done it twice, it's fitting that in the course of accomplishing this feat Charles defeated Harry Greb my other fighter to have achieved that distinction in a previous season in the Middleweight division.

It probably could've happened for Harry again this season, but he shacked up with the wrong management, and just couldn't ascend to those same heights. :OhYes:

Epic read, but I thought Moore won a close fight. So the decision ruined it for me a little, especially the one judge who had Charles up by 4 points. That's no way he won that wide, if at all.

Garcia with a spirited effort......

Hopkins season has been a nightmare.....

What a fantastic return season.......... :TU:

Great read in the final fight of the season. I also felt Moore was a little harshly done there but it was an epic battle and there has been little to separate the two all season. Either would have been worthy of calling themselves the best.

B-Hop bows out in another inconsistent performance, though Conteh would be a decent test for most.

Spinks gets a final, much needed win, albeit, against his stable mate but Michael, for his talent has underachieved.

'Iron' Mike really laying the iron on Ryan :bag:

Really enjoyed the season and had some fantastic battles, great reads and some very unpredictable results.

If there is to be another season, I'm there and I think there will be a few more participants. Thanks to Crease and Buzz for their efforts, as well as Geto and P4P for doing their bit
