I'd have to pick Tszyu to win this one.

Most likely he gets a decisive decision victory, possibly a tko, but that's actually not as likely.

Teo was definitely profoundly unwell healthwise, versus Kamboses.

He'd do pretty well(Especially in the earlier rounds) versus Tszyu, but not well enough.
Tszyu would take the edge in terms of ring command by the 5th round. Full command by the 9th round.

Tszyu by UD or TKO. I see Lopez having low volume, trying to counterpunch, but getting beaten to the punch and broken down.

Tszyu by knockout or rescue in the middle rounds once Lopez has been broken down.
A very early one punch counter knockout wouldn’t surprise me either.
Teofomo does get after them early and is happy to throw caution to the wind, he could pay for it here
