At 147lbs, I would pick Leonard.
At 154 lbs and above, I would have picked Robinson.

No way does leonard beat Robinson at 147. Robinson was nearly unstoppable at 147.
I'd give Leonard a better chance at 160. Robinson lost to lesser opponents at 160.

Robinson lost to the guys at 160lbs because they were stronger. Leonard at 160lbs, would have lost to those guys himself. Robinson was better than Leonard at 160.

It would not surprise me a Robinson win at 147. But that was his best weight class. The only great fighter that Robinson beat at welterweight was Kid Gavilan.

Gavilan would have also beaten Leonard any time at welterweight, too.

That's Leonard's best chance to beat Robinson, at 147lbs. After that, it would be all Robinson's.

At 147lbs, SRR beats SRL by decision and at 160lbs, either SRR from 1951 to 1958 to take a decision or Leonard take a decision over the post 1958 Robinson.

Ray Leonard at 147, maybe would require a rubber trilogy fight, but Ray for me. It's hard to be dismissive when referring to greats, so won't bother here.

Plus, Leonard was much more of a complete boxer than Robinson. Robinson couldn't fight inside. Leonard could.
