About the same outcome. Ali would be more mobile, wouldn't lean on the ropes, would bomb Foreman from the different angles and kayo him in about 7 rounds.

I think 70s Ali is better equipped for fighting Foreman than 60s Ali was.

I do think that way also.

I don't think that the Muhammad Ali of the 1960s would have knocked out George Foreman of the 70s decade.

Still, because Ali was much smarter, I would pick Ali of the 60s decade by decision.

As weird as it sounds, 60s Ali seemed to carry more power than the 70s iteration.

I figure the 60's Ali, may win by KO, but it'd be more like Round 10 or so. Without the rope a dope strategy, he wouldn't have traded as much with George, and he would've been moving, jabbing and racking up points more. I'm not sure if George would've tired as quickly if Ali wasn't lying on the ropes giving him free shots, but I do think he would've lost most of the rounds to the movement and speed of the younger Ali.

Ultimately we probably still get the same result. The when probably changes that's all.
