Mike McCallum vs. James "Hard Rock" Green

15 Rounds Super Welterweight (or Middleweight) Bout

This would be a mismatch as the Bodysnatcher would easily overwhelm the shorter Hard Green with jabs, counters and body punches before McCallum puts Green out with either a left hook or right hand in 8 rounds. What do you guys think and who do you got?

While I agree that Mike wins the fight, I feel that James is going the full 15 distance, can't see Mike stopping him, though there is a chance.

Interesting answer, but remember, Hard Rock Green didn't survive the fight with John "The Beast" Mugabi and McCallum's rival "The Cobra" Donald Curry who they both stop or knock Green out. However, Green would fight his way to survive the Bodysnatcher's punching power as McCallum had the height advantage at 7 inches and reach advantage at 6 and a half inches as the Bodysnatcher would take a decision after battering Green on his feet through 15 rounds.

Green got thumbed by Curry. He was one of the unluckiest fighters I can think of. If I remember right he had Mugabi and Fletcher ready to go and they were saved by the bell.

Most likely scenario here would be McCallum by late stoppage.

I am with Seamus. The best of Green would give McCallum a heck of a fight but McCallum would eventually stop him

Green always gave a good effort in defeat. I think he'd do it again, but make no mistake. He'd once again be defeated.
