It would be a great matchup for sure.
Joe has a few advantages in size and reach but they're not huge differences. Bivol fights around 190-195...
Bivol's style is not one Joe would like. Boxers gave him trouble throughout his career. So it's easy to imagine Bivol haviong a lot of success. But over 15 rounds, can Bivol get to the final bell? My take is he wins a tight decision IF he hears the final bell. Otherwise Joe by stoppage.

Louis would make Bivol look like Billy Conn as he would get outbox by Bivol early, but it goes saying "You can, but you can't hide" as Louis would start rallying in the middle rounds by catching Bivol with powerful left jabs and working on the body when he gets closer, then he pound him with powerful punches to either take a decision or stopping him late.
