Terence Crawford vs Gennady Golovkin

Ring Magazine posted a thread couple of days ago regarding Prime Terence Crawford vs Prime GGG.
Tough to say what is considered Crawford's prime, given how good he still looks. Just coming off his biggest win at the age of 38.
Meanwhile, 2010-2015 is widely considered to be GGG's prime. Mainly because he wasn't in a competitive match during this time period. As soon as Brook was able to put hands on GGG, Golovkin's prime ended (in fans' view).
In my estimation, Golovkin was still pretty good up till (and including) the 2nd Canelo fight.
So, let's look at 2 scenarios:
1) Crawford from the Canelo fight goes down to Middleweight to fight Golovkin of 2018;
2) Golovkin from about 2017-2018 moves up to SMW and challenges Crawford for all his belts and Undisputed status.
Who do you see prevailing?
