Another great list!
Obviously hard to compare some guys who only fought at the beginning or the end of the decade. As always some interesting names. A lot of guys in the 11-20 range who you don't hear much about anymore.

Yeah, you are spot on about the waves at either end of a decade, 1910's and the '50's were the worst, Liston, Patterson, Folley and Machen were so different from Marciano, Charles, Walcott in terms of opponents etc, thank god for Archie Moore!
