It would be suicidal for Henry Armstrong, probably the greatest boxer pound per pound of all-time, to go head first against a bomber like Thomas "The Hitman" Hearns.

Well, that was Armstrong's style. Would Henry absorb Hearns best shots like Marvelous did? If there's a guy that can put Armstrong to sleep, it's Tommy Hearns.

But, if some of those shots ain't hitting Henry, it would be all over for Hearns. Hearns would not overcome the tremendous pressure in the later rounds. His legs would failed him like the time that failed him against Sugar Ray Leonard. And Armstrong was much more aggressive than Leonard.

That suffocating pressing style was Hearns's kryptonite. It happened against Aaron Pryor. It happened against Leonard. It happened against Marvelous. And it happened against Iran "The Blade" Barkley. Pressure, pressure and more pressure.

Armstrong wins in my book. I just can't see how could Tommy survives that relentless pressure. Armstrong by knockout in 11 rounds with a wasted and wilted Hearns running out of steam and gas. The fast paced contest would be too much for him, no matter how hard he hits.

But, if the fight is at 154lbs and above, I would favor Hearns by knockout. Too big, too strong and fast in those weight classes. Armstrong at welterweight would be the best bet to beat Hearns. Above welterweight, it would be suicidal for Henry.

I like Hearns to destroy Armstrong early. Too much size, speed and power.

That's at 154lbs and above like I have stated.

At welterweight and under, it's all Henry Armstrong my cats! Too much pressure.
