Either Tim wins by KO or loses a narrow decision against Wilder.

Witherspoon would make Wilder look terrible by outboxing him with jabs and overhand rights to take a decision or stopping him late. Btw, Witherspoon went to the 15 rounds distance once was when he beat Tony Tubbs to win his WBA Heavyweight title. Should Wilder beat Witherspoon, then he lands every right hands while Witherspoon would fight for survival while Wilder would take a decision.

Witherspoon definitely had a habit of sleepwalking through some fights. When he's switched on he's a lot more aggressive, but he has many nights sprinkled in his career when he was just kinda there, and the thought that he needed to throw some punches to win the fight didn't seem to occur to him.

A few heavy Wilder right hands would be enough to convince Spoon to keep his hands to himself.

If we're talking peak vs peak, I don't see Wilder catching up to Tim within 12 rounds. One thing we really don't do enough of, as hard core fans, is to factor in the corner-factor.

I think if Slim Jim Robinson was smart enough to devise a strategy to nullify Holmes' jab and bring Tim so close to winning that fight he could certainly identify the danger of Wilders right hand and keep Tim moving (which he did quite effectively against Holmes, albeit in patches)

But I'm not going to pretend I'm unbiased.
