nice one, tszyu dosent do much tho does he, soliman does most of the work.

wow, tzsyu takes a hammering, no wonder he's mummified in all that padding. Those kind of workouts will get him in all kinds of good shape, as long as he doesn't get hurt, as he looks to be shipping a lot of shots, from a much bigger guy.

Sam isnt quite pulling his punches but neither of them are really throwing "hard" shots.....

thats how sparring should be..... unfortunately not everyone behaves like this.. hence Froch complaining about lack of sparring partners yesterday

and soliman isnt the biggest middleweight puncher, infact i'd say tszyu hits harder.

Some fighters just want to batter everyone, sparring or not, it's a good sign in some respects, but the end result is expensive sparring partners, not to mention injuries and bad hands.

from what i have seen its generally only arrogant bully types who beat up on sparring partners
typical examples:
Herbie Hide
Mike Tyson
Naseem Hamed

99.9% of classy fighters take sparring for what is... practice....

I have seen the likes of Pac Man, Tszyu, Hopkins, Holyfield, Lewis, Eastman, Calzaghe spar and all of them are respectful to sparring partners
