here are UK Annual Ratings, first showing up for 1934 - 1948...

it's true the British NBA only started Ratings in 1938 (I believe) with what was known as the Ladder Plan and only published 3 or 4 times when the War started, though the British Boxing Press along with John Sharpe (British RING Correspondent), had long published the Ratings and installed them Annually to the RING from 1935- for the year ending 1934 and onward to 1948.

1943 & 44 were not submitted, frozen up owing to the Peak of the War, and likewise they made no 1946 entry, but here are the rest. British pre, During and post War Annual RATINGS.
