What was the very last boxing match to be held in the old Madison Square Garden in 1925?

I'm pretty sure that the first bout in the new garden was Paul Berlenbach .vs Jack Delaney, but I don't know about the last in the old...Maxie Rosenbloom?

Sid Terris vs Johnny Dundee? If this is correct it happened the first part of May, 1925. I believe Tex Rickard was involved. Not sure. My memory isn't very good anymore.
