Probable duplication. Jose Stable vs Ray Marquez. 9-19-1959. Search-date shows double entry. Record does not change from first entry to second entry. Also, did you find out if my record inquiry on Bob Montgomery was also a double entry?

Matt, I wouldn't get overly concerned about these items that have been spotted. I've probably looked at over 1,500 boxers and found maybe 15 or 20 items. That's one hell of a good input record. The older items may arisen because they were in the system already and didn't get removed from new input. That's only a possibility. I'm not familiar with how you input and pre-edit. You people are the best. Stay after it. Besides, it's better to have a duplication than to miss logging in a fight. It could get lost forever. Don't get in a hurry.

I think the duplicates have to do with getting disconnected from a dialup or getting a slow connection and then stopping, and resending as Ric mentioned. It's not possible under normal conditions to enter duplicates, unless you go in and edit them after your done. I am glad though that you're finding errors and that we have good people waiting to clean them up.
