Thanks to the Pugilistic Professor for posting this link over on the Current Scene, it took a while to fully load on my Window Media Player but it might just be my PC.

Jones Jnr didn't show at the conference but that is probably more because Jones is in no position to verbally spar with Tarver given his last two fights. The whole conference gave me the impression of Tarver's people desperately talking up the fight, there seemed a whole subconscious feeling that everyone knows Jones is near to shot and they were all trying to talk the match up and give it some credebility...see what you think but that is what i thought.

I think it is terrifying how quickly Jones’ career turned around. One of the most inspiring and prolific winners the game has ever seen…… Then shot…. Like that

2 years ago, he was invincible.

I still think him the greatest to ever lace a glove, but he just shouldn’t have bloated to fight Ruiz, as he was never the same afterward.

I hope he beats Tarver though
